Since our official launch in November 2024, our team has jumped into exciting projects and intensive networking with full energy. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve achieved so far:
1. Major Yacht Project as Owner’s Representative
We are currently involved in a new-build large yacht project as an integral part of an owner’s representative team. As part of this we are responsible for the operational project management and all aspects relevant to the construction of such a project.
2. Reactivating, Nurturing and Strengthening Professional Relationships
An important part of the first few months was the reactivation of long-standing industry networks. We have had many interesting and hopeful discussions with former colleagues and partners from various maritime sectors about new initiatives and possible future collaborations. This lively exchange not only expands our range of services in the future but also brings exciting synergies to light.
3. Extensive Client Meetings and Prospective Contracts
We also held numerous discussions with potential future customers. Many of these discussions have already led to concrete inquiries for further yacht and project management mandates, which we are very pleased about.
Looking Ahead
In the coming months, we will continue to throw ourselves into our current project with full force and energy but will also explore opportunities to support new requests and projects.
