Who we are
L&T-MACOS is a consulting and project management company founded in 2024 by the experienced management team of Bernd Liedtke and Ralf Trommler, supported by Technical Lead and Project Manager Norbert Hübner. In spring 2026, long-standing and highly valued colleague Boris Sendker joined L&T-MACOS, further strengthening the team with his extensive experience and expertise.
Together, we bring decades of expertise in shipbuilding, particularly in the megayacht and cruise ship sectors, complemented by extensive experience across the commercial, marine, and offshore industries. This expertise is further enhanced by a trusted network of seasoned technical consultants who have been deeply rooted in the industry for many years.
